Serve as the technical expert in optimizing and leveraging ServiceNow best practices
Support process definition, re-engineering, and improvement during workshops with customer stakeholders
Lead customer design workshops focused on ServiceNow Platform and Solution technology
Guide customers in completing necessary documentation for technical aspects of the solution
Develop required integration and portal components with multiple systems
What is Required (Qualifications)
Must be a U.S. Citizen, with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Public Trust security clearance
At least 3+ years of configuring/developing ServiceNow or equivalent solutions
Minimum of 5+ years of configuration/development experience in Finance, Supply Chain, Source-to-Pay, Legal, and/or Contracting technologies
Experience with ServiceNow Finance & Supply Chain Solutions, including Supplier Lifecycle Operations, Sourcing & Procurement Operations, and/or Accounts Payable Operations
Strong understanding of leading Finance, Supply Chain, Source-to-Pay, Legal, and/or Contracting related systems and tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
ServiceNow certifications such as a current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
ServiceNow Supplier Lifecycle Operations, Sourcing & Procurement Operations, Accounts Payable Operations, and/or Legal Service Delivery Accreditation
Demonstrated ability to influence and consult while providing thought leadership to customer stakeholders
Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, etc.) and SaaS technologies
Proven team player and team builder with strong interpersonal skills
