As a Staff Product Designer, you’ll take end‑to‑end ownership of key product experiences – working alongside engineers, AI researchers, PMs, and legal experts to design intuitive, trustworthy, and powerful AI‑driven interfaces.
Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of professional product design experience in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments
Strong interaction design instincts and refined visual design sensibility
Deep understanding of design systems and scalable visual languages
Proven ability to turn complex problems into simple, intuitive experiences
Experience running user research and translating insights into design decisions
Excellent communication, storytelling, and cross‑functional collaboration skills
Desired Skills & Experience
Experience designing AI‑powered or data‑intensive products
Background in SaaS, productivity tools, or professional‑services tech
Strong grasp of accessibility, usability testing, and interaction patterns for trust‑based workflows
Passion for building design cultures and mentoring peers
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead the design of end‑to‑end product experiences – from concept to polished execution
Collaborate closely with PMs, engineers, and AI researchers to translate strategy into user‑centered solutions
Shape and evolve the design system for cohesion and scalability
Conduct and synthesize user research to inform design priorities
Develop high‑fidelity prototypes to validate workflows and interactions
Champion thoughtful, intentional design decisions at every stage
Help define and advance best practices for designing with AI
