About The Role We’re hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing GTM team. You’ll own the full sales cycle — from strategic outbound and qualification through contract negotiation, closing, and expansion. This is a high‑impact opportunity to shape our go‑to‑market motion, build deep relationships with enterprise leaders, and drive multi‑million dollar deals with some of the most recognized consumer brands in the world.
What You’ll Do
Own the full enterprise sales cycle: From prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing, managing complex, multi‑stakeholder deals.
Generate new pipeline: Identify, engage, and convert target accounts through value‑based outbounding and partnerships.
Partner cross‑functionally: Work closely with Agent Engineering, Product, and Leadership to deliver high‑value solutions for customers.
Strategize and close large deals: Leverage executive alignment and ROI‑based storytelling to drive adoption and expansion.
Shape the GTM motion: Provide structured feedback to improve our product, positioning, and playbooks as we scale.
Represent Giga externally: Be a trusted advisor to enterprise prospects, educating them on the future of AI in customer experience.
Who You Are
Experienced closer: 5+ years of experience in B2B enterprise software sales, ideally in AI, CX, or automation.
Proven success: Consistently exceeded quota and closed 6 or 7‑figure deals with Fortune 1000 clients.
Strategic operator: Adept at managing complex buying cycles and multi‑threaded enterprise relationships.
Builder mindset: Thrives in early‑stage, fast‑paced environments where process and playbooks are still being written.
Collaborative: Strong communicator who builds trust across teams and with customer executives.
In‑person teammate: This role is based in our San Francisco office — we believe the best ideas happen together.
Nice to Have
Experience selling into Customer Support, Operations, or CX organizations.
Background in AI, automation, or enterprise SaaS.
Early sales hire experience (helping define GTM motion, territory plans, and ICPs).
