We are looking for a director to lead Financial Markets Business Advisory in our Real Estate & Valuations practice. This role focuses on providing finance consulting services related to financial management and strategy, helping clients optimise their financial performance.

The Opportunity As part of the Financial Markets Business Advisory team you help audit teams assess the validity of Private Equity client’s portfolio company valuations. As a Director, you set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, focusing on impactful decision making and executive‑level client relations.

Responsibilities

Assist audit teams in evaluating Private Equity portfolio valuations

Set the strategic direction for business development

Make critical decisions at an executive level

Shape and manage client engagements

Mentor and develop future leaders

Promote a collaborative environment where technology and people thrive

Oversee multiple projects to achieve successful outcomes

Uphold PwC’s principles and reputation

What You Must Have

Bachelor’s Degree

8 years of experience

One or more of the following credentials: CPA, Level 3 CFA, JD, PhD, MBA, Master’s in Finance, Tax, Quantitative Statistics, Financial Engineering, Economics, Real Estate Finance, Hospitality A State Appraiser License, Member of Appraisal Institute (MAI), Member of American Society of Appraisers (ASA), or certification of CRE, CRI, CCIM, CHA, PMP
