Job Description As a Materials Management Analyst II, you are tasked with implementing material purchasing, material planning, production planning, inventory control, shipping/receiving, and stores functions within Honeywell Aerospace, to ensure correct supply levels for operation. You are responsible for resolving material‑related issues due to supply‑based problems, inventory errors or demand changes. You are the liaison of cross functions and internal stakeholders, such as planning, operation and quality. You will report to the Senior Materials Management Manager on a full‑time basis on‑site at our Olathe, Kansas location.
Key Responsibilities
Solve material‑related problems
Ensure timely material ordering
Engineering Change Requests
Ensure compliance with Honeywell Operating System
Ensure Health, Safety and Environmental compliance
Organize monthly meeting to monitor inventory
Provide data and analysis
Escalate shortages and potential shortages
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
1+ years’ experience in Supply Chain
1+ years’ SAP experience

Experience in manufacturing planning
Experience with MRP/ERP Systems
Ability to lead process improvement
Knowledge in Sigma or lean
Ability to work independently and take direction from others
Established skills and experience in Materials management
