Purpose Driven Assistant Manager
who’s ready to take ownership of the store — leading a team, managing inventory, and creating a shopping experience that’s positive, organized, and family-focused. Working at KidtoKid means more than just retail — it’s a chance to

Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service - "Ritz of Thrift"
Evaluate and price inventory using our proprietary buying software.
Manage inventory through regular markdowns and merchandising.
Work with Store Leader to help meet store goals.
Assist leading our team of 12‑18 people daily.
Run the K2K Pearland store with passion and enthusiasm!
Fill in for teammate call‑outs when needed.
Bring a positive attitude to work daily.
Must have weekend availability.
