Pay Range Base pay range: $66,330.00/yr - $73,000.00/yr.

Responsibilities
Provides friendly and efficient customer service to assigned bank customers.
Performs set-up and maintenance of customer accounts.
Receives, researches and resolves customer issues.
Serves as a liaison between assigned department and other areas of the bank to ensure customer issues are resolved.
Performs other tasks or special projects, as assigned.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm.
Qualifications
Typically requires a high school degree or equivalent and 4 years of related customer service experience.
Full application of customer service techniques and practices.
Knowledge of operational procedures of the assigned department.
Working knowledge of Word and Excel software.
