Minimum qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience in an analytical leadership role in a technology or marketing firm or in strategy development.
Experience managing relationships and executing operational initiatives within global organizations.
Experience in data analysis.
Preferred qualifications
MBA or other advanced degree.
10 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, product management, finance, or sales operations.
Ability to understand and articulate the “big picture” to executive teams, while maintaining exceptional attention to execution details.
Ability to effectively facilitate meetings with executives and partners across multiple functions in an organization.
Excellent problem‑solving, program management and change‑management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent business acumen and the ability to successfully navigate and influence different stakeholders within a business environment.
About the job The Go‑To‑Market (GTM) organization provides business‑critical insights using analytics, ensures cross‑functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive new initiatives forward. In this role, you will partner closely with the YouTube Ads GTM leadership to influence priorities and manage the day‑to‑day processes and workflows. As a Strategy and Ops Lead, you will be responsible for increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of key decisions and ensuring the team stays on top of its annual goals. You will partner across GTM and the Global Business Organization (GBO) as well as cross‑functionally with stakeholders in Finance, Ads, YouTube Organic, and others.
Responsibilities
Work cross‑functionally with Finance, People Operations, Marketing and other GTM teams to scope, manage and execute projects.
Project‑manage priorities, initiatives and efforts on behalf of the Global Business Organization (GBO) or GTM leadership.
Lead end‑to‑end quantitative projects, including study design, development, execution, analysis, insights development and insights sharing.
Communicate findings to senior leadership by preparing and delivering polished presentations and identifying key takeaways and recommendations. Support executive communications and engagements with the team.
Manage the cadence and agenda for executive meetings, team operations including budget, headcount and annual planning.
Compensation and Benefits US base salary range for this full‑time position is $147,000–$216,000 plus bonus, equity and benefits. Individual pay is determined by role, level and location, and is based on work location and additional factors such as job‑related skills, experience and relevant education or training.
