Overview Insight Global is looking for a French/France Payroll Specialist located in India to support a large payroll project (transitioning to a new payroll software) for an end client in the Information Services industry.

This individual will be responsible for supporting the standard responsibilities of running payroll for internal employees specific to procedures and guidelines for France. This resource will work cross-functionally with HR and other internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely salaries of associates, whilst also identifying and executing continuous improvements to processes.

Skills and Requirements

Oversee and execute monthly payroll processing for France using ADP or Strada Payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.

Maintain and validate payroll data in the payroll system, ensuring seamless integration with Workday.

Serve as the primary contact for Workday Help tickets related to payroll, ensuring timely and effective resolution of employee queries.

Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure data consistency and alignment across systems.

Perform regular audits and reconciliations of payroll data and reports.

Support statutory filings, year-end reporting, and compliance with French labor and tax regulations.

Assist in testing and validating payroll system updates and integration enhancements.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll accuracy and efficiency.

Stay informed of changes in French payroll legislation and ensure ongoing compliance.

Proven experience in French payroll operations, preferably in a multinational environment.

Strong working knowledge of ADP France or Strada Payroll, with experience in Workday integration.

Familiarity with Workday Help or similar ticketing systems for managing employee support.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication skills in both French and English.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Solid understanding of French labor law, social security, and payroll tax regulations.
