Company Overview We’re a fast‑growing, entrepreneurial company building a disciplined, high‑performance culture. Our team thrives on clarity, accountability, and execution. We believe great operations create freedom—for our people, partners, and customers. We’re looking for a hands‑on operational leader who can help turn strategy into execution and keep the business running at full speed.

Position Summary The Director of Operations is the driving force behind how the company executes. You’ll work closely with the COO and department heads to ensure goals are clear, priorities are aligned, and initiatives are completed on time. You’re the integrator across teams—turning plans into processes, meetings into decisions, and decisions into measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Translate strategy into action: Break down company goals into clear quarterly and weekly execution plans.

Operational oversight: Coordinate across departments to ensure priorities stay aligned and deadlines are met.

Performance tracking: Maintain visibility into team performance and KPIs; identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.

Accountability management: Ensure projects move forward and team members follow through on commitments.

Process optimization: Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies; design and implement better systems to support scale.

Cross‑functional coordination: Serve as the central point between leadership, operations, sales, marketing, and finance.

Team enablement: Support hiring, onboarding, and development of high‑performing operational talent.

Leadership partnership: Act as a trusted execution partner to the COO, helping anticipate needs and solve problems proactively.

You Might Be the Right Fit If You

Thrive on structure, systems, and making things run smoothly.

Excel at managing cross‑functional projects and keeping people accountable.

Are calm, organized, and decisive under pressure.

Love turning ambiguity into clear plans and measurable results.

Have a strong bias for action and a reputation for “getting it done.”

Are humble, emotionally intelligent, and lead through clarity, not control.

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years in operations, project management, or a similar leadership role.

Experience scaling teams or managing cross‑departmental initiatives.

Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills.

Demonstrated ability to improve processes and deliver measurable outcomes.

Familiarity with structured business systems or frameworks (e.g., OKRs, KPI dashboards, operating rhythms).

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive salary and performance bonus. $120k base and a target incentive of $30k, total $150k package OTE.

Health, vision, and dental benefits, generous PTO.

Opportunity to help shape and scale a company with national growth ambitions.

Work with a leadership team that values clarity, accountability, and continuous improvement.

How to Apply If you’re passionate about operational excellence, thrive in a fast‑moving environment, and love turning vision into execution, we want to hear from you.
