Responsibilities
Develop and implement cell-based assays to support identification, optimization, and characterization of novel compounds.
Develop and construct cell lines and tools for mechanism of action (MoA) studies.
Design and execute experiments using expertise in cell biology, molecular biology, biochemistry, and assay development.
Execute routine assays in a consistent and timely manner.
Document, analyze, and present data in an organized and timely manner.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in biology or related discipline with 2+ years of relevant experience, or master's degree with 1+ year of experience.
Excellent sterile technique in mammalian cell culture with at least 1 year of experience.
Experience with transfection, lentiviral transduction, CRISPR knockouts, and shRNA knockdowns is a plus.
Hands‑on assay development or troubleshooting experience.
Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and GraphPad Prism.
