This is a full-time, hybrid position for a Paid Search Specialist at BarkleyOKRP. In this role, you will develop strategies and manage the performance of various paid search accounts to drive client performance and growth. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment are essential.

Responsibilities
Paid Search Management in Google & Bing Platforms as well as through our proprietary tool: Deep Search.
Performance Management: Independently owns managing budgets and campaign targets to achieve or exceed client goals. Exhibit full mastery of performance management across different verticals and goals. Proactively create target and tracking solutions to improve performance.
Campaign Structure: Stewardship over campaign structure, proactively auditing, implementing, and evangelizing best practices. Ensure campaigns are set up properly to appropriately spend and perform, including targeting, ads, and scheduling. Recommend enhancements to campaign performance and structure. Serve as a resource for best practices and insights.
Reporting & Analysis: Independently owns and builds upon regular and ad hoc client‑facing reporting in Deep Search, Google Ads, Microsoft. Recognize and communicate performance trends, connect the dots between trends and management, diagnose account issues, and improve performance.
Strategy & Innovation: Lead strategic planning for accounts, coordinate testing roadmaps, and explore additional strategies that enhance client performance. Own the rationale behind account and campaign setup.
Communication & Storytelling: Build and maintain strong client relationships, serve as the primary point of contact for all paid search inquiries, lead client calls, and ensure timely follow‑ups and responses.
Qualifications
Minimum 1+ year in a fast‑paced agency, media, or marketing environment, with hands‑on experience building and managing paid search campaigns.
Google Ads & Bing Ads proficiency.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slides, Microsoft Word/Google Docs.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Hands‑on experience in media math.
Hands‑on experience in Lead Generation and shopping campaigns.
SEM reporting and third‑party analytics tools (e.g., SA360 or GA4) is a plus.
