About The Team Our Retail team interacts with customers in a super‑special way. Team members are experts in fit, wear, and sizing of our shoes and possess deep knowledge of every style and exceptional customer‑service skills.
We’re looking for a Retail Ambassador to live and breathe Rothy’s culture and act as a proud brand ambassador at every customer touchpoint. This role has a 90‑day employment timeline.
What You’ll Do
Provide an unparalleled customer experience for every Rothy’s customer.
Own all day‑to‑day customer interactions—in the physical store and across all brand touchpoints—in person, over the phone, and online.
Support the Retail Manager and Assistant Manager in all operational duties.
Develop and maintain expert‑level understanding of our products and processes, including tools and systems.
Elevate customer feedback, identify and address opportunities for improvement.
Create loyalty by connecting customers with our brand and community.
You Have
1‑3 years of retail or customer‑oriented experience preferred.
Excellent people skills—approachable, engaging, and friendly.
Fastidious attention to detail and enthusiasm for maintaining our brand aesthetic in a physical space.
Ability to foster connections with customers both in store and within the community.
Actively contribute toward meeting and exceeding the team’s sales goals.
Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays; minimum 16 hours a week and flexibility to support store hours.
Ability to work on your feet up to 8 hours a day in a busy store environment and lift up to 25 pounds.
