Functions And Responsibilities
Acts as primary customer contact.
Establishes customer rapport to facilitate company objectives and customer satisfaction.
Leads proposal development and negotiation for new business within established guidelines.
Coordinates gathering and technical analysis of customer requirements.
Provides general coordination, timelines, and objectives for Engineering, Production Control, Manufacturing, QA, and Support organizations.
Participates in or develops mechanisms for establishing, monitoring, and integrating project elements, product configuration and communications concerning change management.
Processes and decisions.
Negotiates project changes and incorporates changes into project control systems to maintain work statements, cost and schedule baselines.
Transitions projects to production and to the Marketing administrator.
Performs project close-out and documents lessons learned.
Researches and identifies program forecasts, program and/or customer funding.
Education, Skills, And Experience
Must have: a technical bachelor's degree in engineering or degree in similar technical field.
Experience with military, defense, and/or government business client.
Project Management experience (PMP Certification is nice to have).
Experience working with multiple cross-functional groups within a manufacturing environment.
Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills required.
Attention to details and accuracy are position critical.

Competitive Compensation
Pay Range: $104,400 to $174,150 annually
Participation in Annual Incentive Program
