CT/MRI Technologist $15,000 SIGN ON BONUS! Join to apply for the CT/MRI Technologist $15,000 SIGN ON BONUS! role at Saunders Medical Center. The position is full-time (may include on‑call if required).

Summary Radiologic Technologists will perform departmental procedures and assigned activities under the direction of the Manager of Imaging Services.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Perform all essential duties of the role safely and accurately.

Maintain full or part‑time employment status, including on‑call as required by the rotation schedule.

Operate departmental imaging equipment and follow established procedures for Radiology and Cardiology.

Adhere to state and federal regulations for Radiologic Technologists.

Apply principles of physics, anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, radiation protection, and safety; maintain exposure parameters per ASRS Code of Ethics.

Follow staff scheduling set by the Imaging Services Manager.

Participate in safety, security, and infection control programs mandated by the department.

Uphold HIPAA confidentiality and report violations to the Privacy Officer.

Follow all elements of the Saunders Medical Center Compliance Program, including the Code of Conduct and compliance policies.

Participate in required training on compliance and other organizational policies.

Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, respect, and teamwork; treat others with dignity and high value.

Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor. Preferred: advanced certification/experience in CT, MRI, Mammography, or Ultrasound.

Qualifications

ARRT certification and completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.

Proficiency in specialty imaging modalities preferred.

State of Nebraska Medical Radiographer certification.

Strong communication skills (read, write, and follow written and oral instructions).

Ability to calculate and apply mathematical concepts required for the position.

Independent decision‑making capability and reasoning ability.

Physical ability to push or pull 25 lb, stand for extended periods, and work in emergency situations.
