We’re looking for an amazing Sales Trainer based in our Fort Lauderdale office. The Sales Trainer plays a critical role in driving revenue and guest satisfaction by equipping inbound and outbound contact center agents with the skills, knowledge, and tools necessary to achieve sales goals. This position ensures training programs align with business objectives and foster consistent sales performance.
Responsibilities
Deliver engaging onboarding programs to equip new agents with foundational product knowledge, sales techniques, system navigation, and compliance requirements.
Design, revise, and enhance training materials, role plays, and job aids in response to business needs and performance trends.
Provide on‑floor coaching and development, in person and virtually, to both new and tenured agents, offering feedback based on live or recorded calls.
Lead refresher training sessions and skill‑building workshops focused on advanced sales techniques, objection handling, and upselling.
Use assessments, KPIs, and feedback to measure training impact. Identify areas for improvement and modify delivery accordingly.
Work closely with leadership, QA, and Sales Coaches to align training with business objectives and performance goals.
Analyze sales metrics to identify knowledge or skill gaps and develop training plans to address them.
Reinforce sales compliance standards, proper call documentation, and adherence to internal policies.
Working Hours Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:15 PM EST (in office, Fort Lauderdale, FL)
Requirements
Strong understanding of consultative selling, upselling, and objection handling.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Flexibility to support training during different shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Learning Management Systems, Microsoft Office, and virtual training tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams).
Ability to assess training effectiveness and adjust strategies based on performance metrics and agent feedback.
Strong interpersonal and coaching skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and support others in achieving sales goals.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in a sales trainer, learning & development, or sales enablement role, preferably in a high‑volume contact center environment.
Proven track record in training both inbound and outbound sales teams.
Hands‑on experience with adult learning principles, training development tools, and techniques.
Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage a diverse audience.
Experience using LMS platforms, call monitoring tools, and CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).
Knowledge of sales methodologies.
Familiarity with blended and remote training models.

Base Salary Range: $23.75 to $32.07 per hour (the range applies to the market for this role; final base salary is based on candidate qualifications and experience).
