Personal Lines Account Manager
to join our growing team in
Carpinteria, CA or our Irvine, CA
location.
The Personal Lines Account Manager will maintain, and service assigned accounts and assist in expanding accounts in the Personal Lines Department.
Responsibilities
Prepare and process evidence of insurance and issue binders as necessary
Maintain tasks in system for correspondence/requests
Maintain future and agency expiration reports for book of business
Review and process agency bill renewal policies, endorsements, and cancellations
Remarket and quote the renewals of assigned accounts as required
Prepare agency bill renewal offers and/or invoices on a timely basis
Enter all required data into the system to maintain current file data on all assigned accounts in accordance with the current system requirements and procedures
Maintain a favorable relationship with clients, producers, and referral contacts
Maintain up to date knowledge of the various carriers’ rating plans, programs, manuals and company drawers – as per the specific assignment of carriers
Develop and maintain strong technical knowledge of personal lines coverages and rating along with your license(s)
Licenses & Certifications
Active Property & Casualty Insurance License is required.
Skills & Experience to Be Successful
High school diploma or equivalent
2 yrs of insurance experience preferred
Proficient with MS Office Suite
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Pay Range $31.25 - $40.87 Hourly
The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
