Job Description BryceTech is currently looking for an Architecture Support IV. This position will support the Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical, Biological Radiological Nuclear Defense (JPEO CBRND) – Joint Project Lead Integration on the CBRN Support to Command and Control team. The role contributes to the design, documentation, and implementation of enterprise and systems engineering solutions ensuring seamless interoperability across mission‑critical platforms.
Responsibilities
Serve as point of contact and workflow organizer for the team.
Work with stakeholders, leadership, and subject‑matter experts to build a holistic view of the organization’s strategy, processes, information, and assets.
Collaborate with JPEO‑CBRND program‑level architects to provide a consensus‑based Enterprise solution that is scalable, adaptable, and synchronized with operational requirements.
Support the analysis of JPEO‑CBRND capability gaps and overlaps to achieve the Enterprise mission.
Develop, maintain, and validate DODAF architectures for JPEO‑CBRND initiatives, programs, and the Enterprise.
Utilize architecture products to identify system dependencies and potential capability gaps.
Develop DODAF architecture models in coordination with the program office and user sponsors such as Joint Requirements Office (JRO) and/or individual service and non‑DOD sponsors.
Work with JPEO‑CBRND program engineers to develop system‑level architectures.
Ensure the DODAF architecture/data models are consistent with other JPEO‑CBRND architecture models and Joint Staff Command and Control (J6) Warfighter Mission Area (WMA) architecture development guidance.
Develop architecture products to support acquisition documents (Capability Development Documents, Capability Production Documents, Information Support Plans).
Provide comments and input to support program and contract documentation (Systems Engineering Plans, Test and Evaluation Master Plans, RFIs, TOR, RFPs).
Participate in JPEO‑CBRND Integrated Product Teams at the program and Enterprise level.
May be required to travel up to 20% within the Continental United States (CONUS).
Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to assess and clearly communicate technical and project risk.
Possess excellent organizational skills.
Perform standard reporting requirements: in‑person architecture reviews, weekly touchpoint calls, status tracking updates, and monthly written reports on deliverables, work plans, and issues.
Qualifications
12 years of Software Development/Information Technology experience and 8 years of Software Architecture experience.
Minimum 3 years developing and maintaining one or more Department of Defense Acquisition Framework (DODAF) v2.0 data architecture products or data models using standard data‑modeling tools (ERStudio, Erwin, etc.).
Minimum 1 year experience with the UNICOM Systems Architect tool or No Magic Inc. MagicDraw Architect tool.
Minimum 3 years experience with either the Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DODAF) or The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF).
Minimum 2 years experience with Joint Common System Function List (JCSFL), Joint Common Architecture (JCA), Net‑Ready Key Performance Parameter (NR KPP), Universal Joint Task List (UJTL), and National Information Exchange Model (NIEM).
