Senior Transition Analyst – ABM Industries

Position Summary The Transition / Technology role is responsible for ensuring an overall compliant guidance/expectations and ongoing industry standards as they evolve respectively and have oversight to the Transition Compliance and Deliverables. The position requires considerable initiative, judgment, and a relevant skill set to identify and develop necessary improvements to be implemented and to make recommendations for corrective actions as necessary, this position works very closely with both the IG management & leadership TEAM’s and reports to the Director of Technology/Transitions.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred or commensurate experience.
At least 8 years in facilities operations, transitions, or project management.
Experience in LEED, BOMA, IFMA, Stationary Engineer, or General Contractor license preferred, working knowledge of building systems and construction.
Account transition experience – due diligence, equipment inventory & tagging, CMMS data collection and creation.
Proven ability to conduct RCA to identify and resolve operational issues, improve processes, and prevent recurrence.
Working knowledge of fire life safety systems and protocols, with experience ensuring compliance with local and national codes.
Willingness to travel 40–75%; must be located near a major airport.
Experience with CMMS platforms (e.g., Corrigo, Maximo, Brightly) and tools like Power BI, SmartSheets, Excel, and Word.
Pay: $74,200 - $137,800. The pay listed is the salary range for the position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.
