Role Summary We are seeking a highly skilled
Senior Application Developer
with a strong background in ERP systems, specifically Tyler Munis ERP, focused on HR/Payroll and/or Finance. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver and technical leader who can manage system integrations, develop business intelligence reports, and support users across departments.
Responsibilities
Architect and manage integrations with third‑party platforms and internal systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve application errors, performance issues, and bugs in the ERP environment.
Provide Tier 2 support to business users and collaborate with IT teams and vendors to ensure root‑cause resolution.
Design and develop SQL‑based reports, dashboards, and artifacts (e.g., views, stored procedures) using tools such as SSRS and Power BI.
Identify system inefficiencies and automate business workflows to improve operational effectiveness.
Maintain and update technical documentation for ERP customizations, workflows, and configurations.
Administer and manage user roles, permissions, and security policies within the ERP system.
Serve as the technical lead on ERP upgrades, updates, and workflow redesigns, including test case development and execution of unit, integration, and user‑acceptance testing (UAT).
Qualifications
Proven experience with Tyler Munis ERP, particularly in HR/Payroll and/or Finance modules.
Strong expertise in business analysis, requirement gathering, and cross‑functional collaboration.
Advanced knowledge of SQL, reporting tools (SSRS, Power BI), and integration best practices.
Experience leading ERP upgrades and technical projects.
Familiarity with security management, user access administration, and documentation standards.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to support end users in a complex IT environment.
Ability to work independently and within a team setting while managing multiple priorities.
