Epic Healthy Planet Analyst
We are looking for an Epic Healthy Planet Analyst to provide subject matter expertise in Epic Healthy Planet, including system design, build, testing, and implementation. Collaborate with leadership and end users to design and configure solutions, providing technical and clinical consultation, including workflow analysis and application configuration to support enhancements and issue resolution. Responsibilities include: Analyze workflows, data collection, reporting needs, and technical issues to support solution development. Translate business requirements into functional specifications; manage system updates, enhancements, and release testing. Ensure compliance with organizational standards for system configuration and change control. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, escalating complex problems as appropriate.
Qualifications: Epic certification and experience with Epic Healthy Planet. Team management and mentoring experience; ability to lead cross?functional teams. Experience in community connect location implementation. Proficiency with Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
