What You’ll Do Strategic Architecture & Innovation
Define and establish solution architecture for complex business applications
Introduce the overall technical vision and ensure alignment with enterprise standards
Develop high‑level solution intent, target state architectures, and strategic roadmaps
Build reference architectures and reusable design patterns for consistent implementation
Maintain detailed product architecture across multiple domains: application, data, technology, security, and deployment
Plan and develop architectural runway to support new features and capabilities
Leverage Generative AI and AI/ML tools within governance boundaries to enhance business outcomes
Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to improve performance, efficiency, and customer experience
Build reference implementations to accelerate adoption of architectural standards
Maintain a catalog of application design patterns for scalable reuse
Collaboration & Leadership
Partner with product owners, business architects, and agile coaches to align architecture with business goals
Collaborate with enterprise architecture and security teams to ensure compliance
Lead technical evaluations, vendor assessments, and proof‑of‑concept initiatives
Present business cases for architectural decisions to governance bodies
Guide development teams through design reviews and brainstorming sessions
Support Agile Release Train (ART) members in resolving implementation challenges
Participate in deployment activities and incident resolution to ensure smooth delivery
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (advanced degree preferred)
8–10+ years of experience in solution architecture and enterprise application development
Prior hands‑on software development experience
5+ years of leadership and task management experience
Proven success leading cloud‑native architecture transformations
Experience with large‑scale enterprise modernization initiatives
Deep knowledge of architecture patterns including microservices, micro‑frontends, and 12‑factor applications
Technical Expertise
Java 8/10, Spring, Spring Boot
REST APIs, AWS Managed EKS, Istio, Apigee
AWS Native Services, SONAR, Gradle, Bitbucket
CI/CD: Jenkins, Artifactory, Docker
Messaging: Apache Kafka, Amazon MQ
Security: OAuth 2.0
Front‑end: Angular 10, Cypress
Data: MongoDB, AWS RDS, Cloud Data Lake
Governance: Collibra, Atlas
Business Rules: RedHat PAM, jBPM, Kiali
Infrastructure: CloudFormation
