Open availability for 20–29 hours per week and a flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays).
Comfortable climbing ladders, moving regularly, standing extended periods.
Can bend, reach, stretch and lift/carry at least 40 lbs.
What You’ll Do
Create and foster a culture of hospitality through exceptional customer experiences.
Support service enhancers to build strong relationships, including Concierge.
Achieve sales and service metrics in key areas: Clientell/Outreach, Appointment Setting, Talbots Classic Awards, etc.
Plan and prioritize tasks to meet customer and business needs.
Understand customer needs with curiosity and confidence through intentional conversation.
Share current products and fashion trends to inspire and build trust.
Participate in community/store activities that promote the Talbots brand.
Professionally represent the brand image.
