Overview Job description relates to consulting and delivery in a global landscape. The role focuses on business process consulting, problem definition, solution proposal and creation, and development, configuration and deployment of solutions. It also involves guiding teams on project processes and deliverables, contributing to proposal development, client training and internal capability building, and helping detail the project scope to shape value-adding consulting solutions for clients.

At least two end-to-end implementation projects and at least one where performed as Lead Solution Consultant (preferably at client location). Experience in multiple full lifecycle SAP TM project implementations with TM-EWM integration.

Responsibilities

Review solutions designed by team members and propose improvements.

Liaise with client business teams and advise the client.

Interact with customers on a day-to-day basis to win and maintain customer confidence.

Regularly track and review team deliverables and report to the customer.

Understand business processes in the life sciences/pharmaceutical domain.

Understand business requirements from business users and prepare or review requirement documents, functional specifications, solution design, and project estimations.

Understand GXP and SOX requirements and work in a highly regulated environment.

Be aware of release governance processes and experience with incident management and test execution tools.

Qualifications & Experience

At least two end-to-end implementation projects and at least one where performed as Lead Solution Consultant; preferably at client location.
