Job Summary
Under Armour is looking for a
Copywriter, Digital
to help shape our brand narrative by crafting compelling stories that disrupt sports culture and inspire athletes on the digital platforms where they spend time. In this role you will work collaboratively with designers, producers, copywriters, and marketers to bring brand and product stories to life across every channel.

Key Responsibilities
Develop on‑brand copy for product stories across all digital, social, web, experiential, and print marketing platforms.
Translate creative briefs into powerful executions, then iterate experiences to maximize impact for our target audience.
Write content that expresses UA’s brand voice and attracts, engages, and converts our Focused Performer demographic.
Partner with designers and directors to create transformative storytelling that strengthens the brand’s emotional connection.
Support senior copywriters by maintaining brand style guide deliverables.
Qualifications
Strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high‑quality output on time.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent presentation ability.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Mac platforms.
Demonstrated creative capabilities and fundamental writing skills.
Sample portfolio of digital content required (ads, campaigns, email, e‑commerce, etc.).
Opportunities to develop leadership and management skills.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum of 2‑4 years of communications and/or writing/content development experience.
Experience writing for digital channels, especially retail/e‑commerce, is a must.
Workplace Location Must reside within commuting distance of our Baltimore, MD office. Hybrid schedule – 4 days in office per week.
Compensation Base salary range: $60,890.80 – $83,724.85 USD per year.
