Responsibilities
Design, develop, and sustain data pipelines that enable machine‑learning model training and large‑scale inference in a Kubernetes environment.
Experience using the Linux CLI and Linux tools.
Experience developing with Python.
Experience with developing high‑availability APIs and microservices.
Experience with container technologies such as Docker and containerd.
Experience with container orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes.
Experience creating Helm Charts for Kubernetes.
Experience developing and deploying containerized applications for Kubernetes.
Experience with CI/CD principles, methodologies, and tools including GitLab.
Experience with Git source control system.
Required Skills
Experience with design, debugging, and problem solving with JavaScript.
Experience with Vue.js or a similar JavaScript framework.
Integrating UIs with REST APIs.
HTML, CSS, responsive web design.
Automated testing.
Desired Skills
Experience developing with Go.
Experience with distributed processing solutions for data pipelines (e.g., Spark).
Experience working with and debugging GPU‑enabled applications.
Experience with metrics and monitoring tools such as Elasticsearch and Kibana.
Experience with the Atlassian suite of tools including Jira and Confluence.
Understanding of NLP concepts including tokenization, embeddings, and transformers.
Familiarity with LLMs (Large Language Models) such as GPT‑4, Mistrel, and Llama.
Familiarity with vector databases including Qdrant.
Education / Experience
Master’s degree in computer science or related discipline from an accredited college or university, plus three (3) years of experience as an SWE in similar scope, type, and complexity.
OR Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline from an accredited college or university, plus five (5) years of experience as an SWE in similar scope, type, and complexity.
OR seven (7) years of experience as an SWE in similar scope, type, and complexity.
Clearance TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
