Responsibilities As a Shift Leader you will collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. You will provide feedback and coach team members as needed, open and close the store with minimal supervision, and ensure the quality of all food and beverages while maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be 18 years or older
Must be able to work varied hours and days, including early mornings (as early as 3 am) and weekends
Must pass a background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
Must possess or be able to obtain a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training
Possession of a current, valid state‑issued driver’s license (required only at specific locations) and meet driving qualifications as required by company policy
Tip eligibility subject to state regulations
Additional benefits eligibility is subject to position guidelines at time of hire

Hourly Rate: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour (starting pay is subject to local and state minimum wage regulations)
The physical demands for this position include sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during working hours.
