Salary Range:
$72,000 - $85,000 per year
License Requirements:
Valid LPN or RN License (LPN salary range $72,000–$80,000; RN salary range $80,000–$85,000)
Responsibilities
Supervise all healthcare personnel including hiring, training, evaluation, and counseling within established policies and procedures.
Manage the Nurse Manager, LPN-LVN-Care Partner, Quality of Life Specialist, Medication Assistant/CMA, and Health Services Associate.
Supervise nursing staff schedules as needed.
Coordinate training and implementation of the Heartfelt Connections™ Memory Care program and oversee ongoing nursing staff education.
Maintain medical charting and required documentation under state regulations and corporate policies.
Serve as the department representative and coordinator of the Quality Assurance program for nursing services.
Assess residents for changes in level of care and coordinate billing accordingly.
Work closely with residents and families to develop and implement appropriate Plans of Care.
Maintain staffing schedules and rotating on‑call staffing needs.
Qualifications
Minimum two (2) years of nursing experience; assisted living or memory care experience preferred.
Licensed as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of employment.
