Senior Program Integrator

Job Summary The candidate will serve as a Senior Manager supporting Army Offensive, Integrated and Defensive Fires weapon system portfolios, and OSD equities. This role spans the full acquisition lifecycle, integrating engineering, program control, testing, deployment, configuration management, production, quality assurance, and logistics. The candidate will play a critical role in coordinating multi‑disciplinary efforts essential to major defense acquisition programs, as well as other‑than‑major systems and subsystems. Key stakeholders will include the Joint Staff, OSD, HQDA DAMO‑Fires, Fires Center of Excellence, Army Transformation and Training Command, PEO Missiles and Space, DEVCOM, MDA, SMDC and OSD.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Acquisition Execution Lead development and implementation of acquisition strategies that align with overarching capability delivery goals. The Senior Manager will develop strategic visions and plans, set objectives for new and existing government customers, and implement action plans in support of combat developments, materiel development, HQDA integration, and modernization initiatives.
Program Integration & Oversight Support cross‑functional integration of program elements—technical, financial, logistical—to enable effective acquisition and sustainment of Fires systems. Balance cost, schedule, performance, and risk across portfolios, drive technical excellence in contracting, and ensure successful program execution.
Stakeholder Engagement & Governance Collaborate closely with Army Staff (G3, G4, G8), PEO MS, FCoE, Transformation and Training Command, MDA, OSD, and other key stakeholders to support acquisition milestones and programmatic decisions across Offensive, Integrated and Defensive Fires systems.
Financial Stewardship Drive financial performance by forecasting funding obligations, monitoring contract execution, analyzing spend plans, and identifying cost efficiencies.
Strategic Growth & Business Development Serve as a KBR Senior Executive Advisor for Fires, MDA, Army and OSD business pursuits. Shape strategic direction, engage with new and existing government customers, and support solution development aligned to Army modernization priorities.
Leadership Development & Mentorship Contribute to the KBR Leadership Program through development and deployment of training, mentoring, and enrichment activities designed to develop future leaders.
Team Leadership & Performance Management Provide day‑to‑day leadership to a diverse team. Conduct quarterly performance reviews, set and track individual and team goals, and ensure task execution aligns with program objectives.
Basic Qualifications
Active Secret security clearance.
Bachelor’s degree required; 20+ years of experience in program management or adaptive acquisition supporting Warfighter mission and requirements (e.g., Air and Missile Defense / Fires, Army, MDA, and/or OSD systems).
Level III Certification in Program Management.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven success in strategic contracting and acquisition support for PEO Missiles and Space and related organizations.
Deep familiarity and established relationships with Army Staff (G3, G4, G8), Fires Center of Excellence, and key acquisition offices.
Hands‑on experience with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) contracting and execution.
Strong leadership in planning, executing, and managing large‑scale DoD programs.
Excellent briefing and communication skills, with experience delivering content to senior Army and MDA leadership.
Demonstrated ability to operate in high‑tempo environments with competing priorities and diverse stakeholders.
Location Huntsville, AL (Government Site or Contractor Site) with periodic travel to Houston, TX; Washington, D.C.; and other CONUS locations as required.
