industry, a $13+ trillion market that remains largely analog. After raising $40M in Series B, we are scaling AI agents that simplify on‑site workflows and deliver smarter document processing, search, and knowledge extraction.
Base pay range $140,000 – $200,000 per year
Responsibilities
Enhance search capabilities through advanced NLP techniques.
Process and analyze diverse document types—including text, tables, and images.
Design and implement entity extraction and text classification systems.
Model relationships between entities across different document types.
Create efficient indexing structures to enable fast and accurate search.
Conduct experiments to evaluate and improve NLP model performance.
Develop and maintain language models tailored to the construction industry.
Qualifications
MS/PhD in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, Information Retrieval, or related field.
2+ years of experience building production‑ready NLP systems.
Proficiency in Python and NLP libraries (NLTK, spaCy, Hugging Face Transformers).
Strong experience with information‑retrieval and search technologies (Elasticsearch, graph databases, vector embeddings).
Knowledge of LLM‑based applications and RAG systems in real‑world scenarios.
Interest in the construction industry.
Bonus: Experience training or fine‑tuning proprietary algorithms.
Bonus: Experience building complex agentic LLM applications.
