We’re looking to add an Architect/Project Manager who thrives in a collaborative studio setting, enjoys problem‑solving through design, and is eager to grow professionally. Responsibilities

Working independently and collaboratively in an open, team‑oriented environment Ability to work on multiple projects at various phases simultaneously Interpret and apply relevant building codes Coordinate and review work of project team and guide as needed Prepare and participate in client meetings, meeting minutes and observation reports Provide innovative and practical solutions to resolve technical or design challenges Oversee and produce project renderings and graphic representations in coordination with Director of Design Adhere to Studio 310 practices and process, including project checklists Qualifications

4+ years of professional experience in architecture, or a related field Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program Must be authorized to work in US Strong design sensibility and attention to detail Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office Suite including Excel Knowledge of materials, construction techniques and building codes Excellent communication, organization, and graphic representation skills Creative problem solver who is passionate about design Enthusiasm for working across a range of project types and scales—both new construction and renovation Preferred Skills

Experience on projects in higher education, healthcare, workplace, or civic environments Experience with project management, client interactions Understanding of construction documents and architectural collaboration Licensed Architect preferred If this sounds like the right fit, we’d like to see your work.
