Description Are you interested in shaping the future of sports entertainment? Do you want to define the next generation of how Amazon customers are watching live sports? Are you passionate about delivering long-term, extensible streaming solutions that drive operational and technical efficiency to bring the best selection to customers at the lowest costs? If so, you would be the right person for the Senior Solutions Architect role on the Prime Video Sports Operations team, leading the expansion of Live Sports by bringing new sports leagues and capabilities to Prime Video. This role combines deep technical expertise with industry-specific knowledge to support the evaluation and onboarding of PV’s newest, most complex partners and leagues. At the forefront of new deal evaluation, you will work across business and internal / external partner teams to identify and define technical metadata requirements, across software development teams to align on high-level, end-to-end engineering solutions, and across operational teams to ensure that solutions are scalable and durable for launch. The ideal candidate brings a unique combination of enterprise-level technical depth, proven media industry experience, and exceptional relationship-building skills. You should have a demonstrated track record of architecting mission-critical solutions, understanding the nuances of broadcast standards, streaming protocols, and content workflows, while being able to translate complex technical concepts into measurable business value for entertainment executives.
