Your Impact As the primary data analyst for the Sales team you’ll: 1) bridge Sales and technical teams for seamless data flow, 2) support data‑driven decision making, and 3) contribute to our business intelligence strategy by identifying process improvements and analytic capabilities.
What You’ll Achieve
Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends and insights.
Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations for stakeholders.
Collaborate across engineering and database administration to optimize data structures.
Maintain the data dictionary and analytics reporting stack for revenue‑facing functions.
Use SQL to ensure high data quality and consistency.
Present findings with actionable recommendations.

Core Skills & Experience
SQL: comfortable writing and reading queries for analysis and visualization.
Database admin exposure: knowledge of SQL database technology.
BI visualizations: use Metabase, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
Stakeholder analysis: translate business problems into data insights.
Predictive modeling: build basic forecasts in BI or with code.
Tools & Technologies
Languages: SQL (required), R/Python (plus).
Infrastructure: Postgres SQL experience is a plus.
Collaboration: Metabase, Notion, Slack.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $95,000 – $126,000.
