We are seeking a highly skilled and self‑motivated JIRA Developer/Architect to join our Tier One Automotive Client's Core Engineering team. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in Atlassian tools and a passion for optimizing business processes through smart automation and integration.

Details Location: Dearborn, MI Compensation: $65/hr with benefits

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the SME for Atlassian tools (JIRA, JSM, JWM, Confluence)

Build, customize, and support JIRA workflows and strategic planning initiatives

Configure and maintain automation workflows, permission schemes, and add-ons

Develop customized dashboards and ensure timely, cost‑effective implementation

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of experience with Atlassian suite (JIRA, JSM, JWM, Confluence)

Strong understanding of API integration and Agile software development

3+ years of experience in Java and web‑based technologies (XML, JSON)

Master’s Degree in a relevant field

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with enterprise-level JIRA architecture and automation

Strong communication and collaboration skills
