What You’ll Do Lead a team of Trusted Advisors that are advocates for customers by delivering business outcomes through Cisco technology and services.
Direct responsibility for building and developing a high‑functioning team of technical specialists covering Cisco software and hardware solutions. Partner closely with Sales Account Management and Leadership to drive success for Cisco and its partners.
Who You’ll Work With Cisco’s Largest Enterprise Customers transforming business across vertical markets including Financial Services, Pharma and Global Conglomerates. The Premier organization focuses on the Largest Enterprise Customers with a deep relationship with Cisco across many vertical markets.

Who You Are A people‑focused technical sales professional who provides technical direction and business guidance. Drive revenue through account planning, resource planning and allocation. Actively develop and maintain a high‑performing Solution Engineering team. Continuously improve team performance and meet revenue goals.
Roles & Responsibilities
Qualify opportunities.
Monitor and approve requests for customer‑focused pre‑sales resources.
Assist in resolving domain/solution‑focused resources and approving requests.
Provide timely feedback that focuses on high‑impact performance.
Track and report team metrics for given opportunities.
Motivate personal and organizational development.
Monitor and measure team progress against business plan and recommend changes.
Interact with business units to support customer requests.
Use Cisco technology to stay connected with team members, customers and peers globally.
Lead multi‑functional projects within the area of responsibility.
Facilitate experienced communications and guide understanding of customer requirements.
Actively seek self‑feedback, recognize capabilities and continually improve.
Advocate continuous improvement in customer experience.
Understand drivers of customer satisfaction and strive to improve experiences.
Possess strong technical and business knowledge and align solutions to customer business drivers.

Develop local knowledge of business economics and industry trends.

Basic Requirements
8‑12 years of industry experience.
B.S. in Engineering, Computer Science or Information Systems.
People management experience preferred but not required.
