Overview Artificial Intelligence Analyst at Energy Northwest. The role focuses on integrating AI technologies into business solutions, supporting data‑driven decision making, and collaborating across departments to drive innovation.

Responsibilities Lead the adoption and integration of AI technologies, assess their business impact, and recommend investments. Coordinate cross‑departmental efforts to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions. Develop custom data models and algorithms, apply predictive modeling to optimize outcomes, and coordinate with functional teams to implement and monitor models. Create processes and tools for monitoring model performance and data accuracy, evaluate effectiveness, and adjust strategies as needed. Document AI policies, procedures, tools, and projects, and support program changes, audits, and training. Stay updated on AI trends and maintain deep technical knowledge. Participate in Emergency Response Organization (ERO) and support biennial refueling outage as required.

Required Education and Experience Artificial Intelligence Analyst III

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field plus 7 years of directly related IT experience in software development, AI, and/or data modeling and analysis, with at least 2 years in AI support.

OR Associate’s degree plus 9 years of related experience with 2 years in AI support.

High school diploma or GED required.

Artificial Intelligence Analyst II

Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of related experience, with at least 1 year in AI support.

OR Associate’s degree plus 7 years of related experience, with at least 1 year in AI support.

High school diploma or GED required.

Pay Range Artificial Intelligence Analyst III : $122,681 – $184,021 (midpoint $153,351)

Artificial Intelligence Analyst II : $106,670 – $160,006 (midpoint $133,338)

Incentive Compensation Eligible for annual incentive plan based on performance metrics and company goals. Individual offers may vary.
