Base pay range $110,600.00/yr - $152,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

Serve as a key member of the support team, interacting with engineering and construction to understand and communicate issues and conflicts.

Work with key stakeholders to develop an annual workplan.

Communicate execution risk, workplan changes, and issues to management and partners.

Escalate items as needed to ensure resources are utilized wisely.

Track portfolio of work and any remaining dependencies.

Communicate with peers, exchanging ideas and experiences.

Qualifications

5+ years of Program Planning experience.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or related work experience in lieu of education.

Hybrid work setting with twice a week in‑person collaboration.

Thorough understanding of building construction, timelines, and practices.

Primavera (P6) experience, including resource and cost loading, managing stored periods, generating Earned Value reports, and creating graphic and tabular progress reports.

Constructability and value engineering analysis experience with regard to schedules.

Claims analysis and change order experience.

Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).

Good working knowledge of MS Excel (Table functions, VLOOKUP, INDEX, filtering, data manipulation and summarization) and Excel functions.

Ability to develop cost/schedule analysis presentations both graphically, written, and verbally.

Conducts business in a safe and ethical manner in accordance with company standard practices.

Works with little guidance to complete assignments and solves problems of moderate scope and complexity.
