Located in the new heart of Woodinville, the SOMM Hotel & Spa is a 164‑room luxury hotel set within a 20‑acre master‑planned development. The hotel offers upscale accommodations, a signature restaurant, rooftop bar, meeting spaces, a spa, and retail spaces that include wine‑tasting rooms and restaurants.
Overview Guests know they’ve chosen the right place to dine when you greet them. You will welcome guests, guide them to their tables, and maintain the flow of service, creating a positive and helpful introduction to our dining experience.
What you’ll do The Brass Tacks
Greet and seat guests
Provide accurate wait times and maintain wait lists
Manage reservations and coordinate with waitstaff regarding seating
Maintain flow of service
Provide support to the team in menu organization and maintenance
The Nitty Gritty
Prior customer service and food service experience in a similar environment preferred
Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Necessary State Food Handler’s License(s)
