We’re seeking a high-performing Corporate Development Associate to join a growing team focused on corporate development and investor relations. This role offers hands‑on exposure to financial modeling, M&A transactions, and strategic decision‑making, while providing direct interaction with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
What You’ll Do:
Support corporate development initiatives, including M&A analysis, valuation, and deal integration
Assist with investor relations, shareholder communications, and preparation of executive presentations
Maintain and analyze financial models, forecasts, and key performance metrics
Provide insights to guide strategic decisions across the organization
Collaborate with FP&A and other business units to assess performance and capital allocation
Analyze market, industry, and macroeconomic trends impacting the business
Participate in due diligence and regulatory compliance efforts as needed
Who We’re Looking For:
2–5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, FP&A, or investor relations
Oil, gas, power, or chemical industry experience
Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; familiarity with Capital IQ, Bloomberg, or FactSet preferred
Experience preparing executive‑level presentations and investor materials
Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable recommendations
Self‑starter, comfortable working independently with minimal oversight
Strong communication skills to interact with executives, investors, and cross‑functional teams
