UX Designer – Thera (YC '22)
Thera is building an ecosystem of apps to run a modern business from global payroll to treasury, spend management, and invoicing. Use one or all of our best-in‑class products, integrated into a seamless platform. We're looking for a UX Designer with 3–5 years of experience to help craft elegant, intuitive experiences across our suite of financial tools. You'll work closely with product and engineering to translate complex business workflows into powerful, user‑friendly interfaces. Ideal candidates are systems thinkers with strong product intuition, attention to detail, and a passion for clean, functional design.
Responsibilities
Lead UX design across one or more Thera products, from concept to implementation
Collaborate cross‑functionally to define, prototype, and iterate on user flows
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
Create wireframes, high‑fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma
Contribute to and maintain our shared design system
Champion user‑centric thinking across the company
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in UX or product design
Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping
Strong portfolio showcasing complex workflows and clean visual design
Experience designing for web apps and/or business tools
Clear communication and collaboration skills
Compensation Range: $20K - $100K
