Business Systems Analyst II (BSA II)
to join a collaborative, fast‑paced enterprise in
Columbia, SC . This role will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, supporting policy development, risk management, and automation initiatives. It is a hybrid position, 3 days a week onsite.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience developing workflows and dashboards using
Power Automate
and
Power BI , and the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
What you’ll do
Elicit, document, and validate user and business requirements to meet defined objectives.
Guide both technical and business teams through the development of systems and solutions.
Facilitate knowledge transfer between business units and technical support teams.
Review and assist in testing, problem resolution, and system deployment accuracy.
Provide insights and recommendations on system improvements and business processes.
Support policy development and risk management initiatives through automation and data‑driven reporting.
Requirements
Strong understanding of business processes, requirements gathering, and systems analysis.
Excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
Experience with Power Automate or other workflow automation tools.
Strong analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills.
