Job Summary This position will be part of the Home Appliance Planning Team and will provide support and coordination on Financial & KPI planning, performance management & measurement. The incumbent will work closely with many stakeholders, including Sales, Product Management, and other HQ teams to ensure successful roll‑outs.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the development and implementation of our businesses' visions, strategies, and long‑term strategic priorities
Manage the financial success of the department by meeting sales, profit, and growth goals, analyzing historical data and current trends, and providing strategic recommendations to maximize opportunities and mitigate risk
Develop the annual financial & KPI plans of sales individuals in conjunction with top‑down direction and bottom‑up proposals
Accurately, objectively, and constructively evaluate performance of sales individuals via KPI development & measurement process
Partner with product management team to develop strategies and guidelines for the respective channel and product category
Act as key Finance contact for the sales leaders and their team, providing insights and direction
Participate in various finance‑led process improvement activities and other special projects
Organize data for monthly KPI reports & ad‑hoc analyses, and communicate findings to impacted teams and leadership
Own quality database maintenance and development
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing project performance data and making recommendations for process improvements
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Planning or related fields
1–3 years of professional work experience in fast‑paced planning, project management or similar relevant experience
Experience creating business plans, analyses, and strategic plans, including synthesizing primary and secondary research to support recommendations
Ability to develop effective working relationships with business representatives
Experience working in a highly technical industry with complex interrelationships and rapid pace of innovation
Bilingual (English / Korean): Must be able to read and write Korean
Must be able to synthesize information into actionable recommendations and analyses
Recruiting Range $60,000 — $84,000 USD
