Treasury Broker Dealer AVP Responsibilities
Oversee treasury functions, including liquidity management and cash flow forecasting. Manage broker-dealer operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. Prepare and review financial reports related to treasury and broker-dealer activities. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance financial processes and operational efficiency. Monitor and analyze market trends to provide insights for decision-making. Support audits and regulatory reporting requirements for the department. Develop and implement risk management strategies for treasury operations. Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members as needed. Qualifications
3-5+ years of experience in Liquidity, Treasury and / or Broker Dealer products. A strong background in accounting and finance, particularly within the financial services industry. Demonstrated experience in treasury operations and broker-dealer activities. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards. Analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data. Strong communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and presenting findings.
