Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Analyst, Commercial Insights & Analytics, US Region to join our MedTech Surgery business located at our Raritan, NJ site or Cincinnati, OH site. Key Responsibilities

This role is part of the Digital & Commercial Innovation team, whose role is enabling an insights-based, end-to-end commercial ecosystem as a critical growth accelerator for J&J MedTech. The Senior Analyst will support data-driven, customer-centric decision-making, omnichannel capabilities enablement and media operations. The role will collaborate with cross-functional teams and partner agencies to drive clarity on key performance indicators and ensure proper tracking mechanisms across all US Surgery functions and tactics. This role will help deliver impactful reporting that educates, informs, and inspires stakeholders. Duties & Responsibilities

Collaborate with Marketing, Education, Technology, Data Science and external agencies to deliver in-depth monthly tactical reporting and ongoing behavioral insight generation at the individual, customer segment, account, IDN and GPO levels. Lead continuous data-driven optimization: Commercial dashboards; A/B testing design, MTA modeling, creative/messaging effectiveness, etc. Collaborate with Data Science on segmentation refinement at customer and account level. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on creating / enhancing performance dashboards. Liaise with Global teams to deliver content insights by segment and account. Conduct analysis on pilot programs and innovation initiatives intended to incubate commercial models with the goal of identifying scalable approaches to accelerate profitable growth. Assist management with the integration of new methods in analytics and reporting designed to improve Commercial outcomes. Help establish and implement monitoring mechanisms that ensure key performance measures are being met. Stay current with analytics trends, compliance standards, and leading techniques in the healthcare and med tech industries. Understand and apply Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with the team. Qualifications

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree required; Advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in business experience (marketing, business development, business analytics, etc.), including 2 years of analytics experience with proven track record of success required. Understanding of customer journeys and omnichannel marketing required. Experience in Marketing Analytics tools (GA4, Looker, GA360, etc.) required. Experience in Business Intelligence tools (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.) as well as building data models via BI tools required. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other platforms preferred. Experience in query data access tools (i.e. SQL, Alteryx, etc.) or other data access methods preferred. Healthcare marketing experience preferred. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently, with a proactive and outcome-focused approach. Ability to collaborate and lead teams in a complex, evolving environment and within a multi-channeled organization. This position will be based in Raritan, NJ or Cincinnati, OH and require up to 20% travel, US domestic. Benefits Summary

Employees are eligible for time off benefits: Vacation up to 120 hours per calendar year; Sick time up to 40 hours per calendar year (up to 56 hours in WA); Holiday pay up to 13 days per calendar year; Work, Personal and Family Time up to 40 hours per calendar year. The anticipated base pay range for this position is $91,000 – $147,200. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
