You'll be the backbone of financial operations, ensuring seamless system performance and user satisfaction. From troubleshooting complex issues to implementing strategic enhancements, you'll manage the entire ecosystem of financial technologies that power the business. Your Impact Will Include:
Systems Mastery & User Empowerment Administer Aderant applications (Classic, Expert Billing, BillBlast, Expert Rates, EA Pro) and integrated platforms including InTapp Time, Billstream, Emburse solutions, and more Serve as the primary contact for system support, resolving issues swiftly and effectively Manage user access, training, and onboarding to maximize system adoption Execute mass updates via SQL and manage complex billing rate changes across the organization Design and write sophisticated SQL queries for compliance, billing analysis, and operational reporting Create compelling visualizations and dashboards using Power BI, SSRS, and Excel Act as a data steward, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial and operational reporting Transform raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions Strategic Innovation Identify and implement best practices and system enhancements that move the needle Develop comprehensive documentation, policies, and procedures Validate system updates, patches, and integrations to ensure business continuity Champion a continuous improvement culture that challenges the status quo Problem-Solving & Collaboration Anticipate challenges before they become problems Exercise independent judgment while knowing when to escalate critical issues Build strong relationships across finance, operations, and management teams Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality for sensitive client and internal data What You Bring
Required Expertise:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Accounting, or Information Systems Experience:
5-8+ years with accounting or ERP systems and relational databases Technical Mastery:
Deep proficiency in
Aderant or Elite 3E
(user interfaces and table structures) Advanced SQL skills for data manipulation and reporting Expert-level Excel, Power BI, and SSRS capabilities
