Are you a finance professional with a passion for driving performance and strategic decision‑making? CHEP North America is hiring a Finance Manager – Cash Flow & Capital Management to lead reporting and forecasting for operating cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditures.
Location: Atlanta, GA | Hybrid
Please note: This is not a remote‑only role. Hybrid in office – please note our offices will be moving from Alpharetta, GA to the Atlanta metro area in Fall of 2026.
Direct Reports: 1
In this role, you will:
Deliver proactive insights that influence capital allocation and business strategy
Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across North America
Drive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy and reporting automation
Partner cross‑functionally with Finance, Procurement, Engineering, and Business Units
Mentor team members in financial analysis and stakeholder communication
Collaborate across time zones and navigate a dynamic matrix structure
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s preferred)
5–8 years of finance analysis experience in multinational environments, including supervising work or managing others.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with tools like SAP, Power BI.
Strong communication skills and comfort presenting to executive leadership.
A passion for data‑driven decision‑making and process improvement.

Base pay range is $87,000-$118,000 annually.
Salary ranges provided take into account a wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, geographic differentials and other business and organizational needs. Therefore, actual amounts offered may be higher or lower than the range provided.
