2+ years as an Accounting Manager or Controller in a resort setting 5 years of experience in accounting High level of accuracy and attention to detail Mentor-style leadership and developmental approach to management Responsibilities
Manage the accounting team with consistency and integrity Ensure accurate accounts receivable, accounts payable, income auditing, and payroll Assist the Director of Finance with monthly and year‑end closings, preparing journal entries, and accruals Ensure compliance with internal controls and GAAP standards Support budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning Prepare financial reports and statements, owner reports, and investor communications Other duties as assigned We value all people, understanding that uniqueness and diversity foster a stronger team that is innovative and brings varying perspectives to the table.
