A K12 school in Manchester, CT, seeks a dedicated School Psychologist to support student mental health and academic success throughout the school year. Responsibilities
Conduct psychological evaluations
Provide individual and group counseling
Collaborate with teachers and parents to develop intervention plans
Contribute to the development of inclusive and supportive school policies
Assess student needs, monitor progress, and support school-wide initiatives promoting positive mental health and social-emotional learning
Qualifications
Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field
Valid licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
Experience working with K-12 student populations
Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and intervention strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with educators, families, and students
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care
The position is scheduled for the entire current school year under a contract arrangement. Compensation for this position ranges from $43.93 to $63.93 per hour.
