As an
RF Product Engineer , you’ll take ownership of product design, performance, and sustainment for cutting-edge aerospace and defense applications. You’ll collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and quality to ensure reliability, manufacturability, and compliance from concept through production. Key responsibilities include: Lead technical design and analysis of RF and microwave products, ensuring performance, cost, and quality objectives are met. Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions for product issues; implement design improvements and modernization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, quality, and business units) to meet schedule, cost, and reliability targets. Plan and manage project activities, budgets, and technical deliverables. Prepare detailed technical documentation, reports, and design reviews to meet customer and program requirements. Support continuous improvement through Kaizen and 5S initiatives. What You Bring
Education:
BS in Engineering (Master’s or PhD preferred). Experience:
5+ years of relevant engineering experience in RF/microwave, electronics, or aerospace. Technical Expertise:
Analog and digital circuit design Micro-electronics, magnetics, and high-power circuit design Switching power supply topologies ASIC, VHDL, and microprocessor core design Hardware/software integration DO-254 and DO-160 compliance, EMC and lightning design Modeling, simulation, and analysis
