Data Analyst III – Operations Engineering
We are seeking a highly analytical
Data Analyst
to support operations engineering through data-driven reporting and performance insights. This role involves developing and automating reports that track warehouse and material handling system performance, analyzing daily and weekly trends, and partnering with cross-functional teams to turn data into actionable improvements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, fluent in Excel and SQL, and eager to explore innovative technology in a fast-paced operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and automate reports based on warehouse operations and material handling system performance.
Pull, consolidate, and analyze data from over 40 existing dashboards to identify performance trends.
Write and optimize SQL scripts to streamline data collection and reporting processes.
Create and deliver daily and weekly reports summarizing key metrics and operational trends.
Partner with team members to design report templates and visualizations for clear and impactful insights.
Provide data-driven recommendations to inform operational decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Maintain strong attention to detail while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Microsoft Excel – Advanced proficiency with formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
SQL – Experience writing queries and automating data pipelines.
Amazon QuickSight – Ability to create dashboards and visual analytics (preferred).

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, or capacity planning.
Advanced Excel proficiency and strong SQL knowledge required; QuickSight a plus.
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
